My life was in front of me, had so many opportunities.
And I thought I`d made the best of it.
Carried my faults with me, together with responsibility.
This path I`ve walked, it has made me.

Into who I am today.
My choices they formed me.

Looking back at my past I wonder what could have been.
Because so often, I was mistaken.

Letting go my past and my faults.
I`m consciously living in the here and now.
Never again, I will relive my past.
I`ll make my future into all that is left.

So now I'm looking forward, I focus on what will happen.
I find myself, in the future that is yet to come.
I`m gathering all the pieces, put them together and call it my life.
From now on, I will be my own creation.
I'll be built, by chances that I have grasped.
